Shipping policy

The delivery timeline for all domestic orders shall be 2-3 weeks, and for International orders 4 weeks respectively unless otherwise specified for any particular product.
Ready To Ship orders are shipped in 3 business days.
Kindly note that Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays are not considered as working days.
We use registered courier partners for the delivery of our products.
There might be minor color variations because of differences in display output, camera lighting and screen resolution.
Any loose threads are due to human error, as all our products are ‘handcrafted’ and hence are not considered as a manufacturing defect.
All SAACHEE DESIGNERS products are handcrafted. Each piece is one of a kind, no two pieces are the same. Which also means your purchase may slightly differ from the image you see on the website.

We do not have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
Some countries levy import taxes, customs fee or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. SAACHEE DESIGNERS does not have any responsibility on the additional charges that may apply.

PAYMENTS

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI & Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment.
For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express).
SHIPPING CHARGES

For domestic orders, a shipping fee shall be charged(for order value below INR 10,000/- you’ll be charged INR 200/-, for order value INR 20,000/- to 50,000/- you will be charged INR 500/- and for order value above INR 51,000/- and +, you’ll be charged INR 700/-)
For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.
Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request.
For international orders, a shipping fee shall be charged (for order value below INR 10,000/- you’ll be charged INR 2700/-, for order value INR 20,000/- to 50,000/- you will be charged INR 5000/- and for order value above INR 51,000/- and +, you’ll be charged INR 7000/-)
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All our products will be shipped from our store or workshop in Hyderabad.
The products shall only be shipped to the address mentioned in the checkout page.
At the time of delivery, if the package looks damaged or tampered with, kindly do not accept the package.
Shipping confirmation email shall be sent to you, once your product has been dispatched from the store.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to Non-Availability on Delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfilment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. these interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.
RETURNS

We do not issue any refunds or Store credits.
As all our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Kindly check the size guide before placing an order, as we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.
Returns shall only be accepted in case of genuine product damage i.e., during delivery or any manufacturing defect. Please photograph this as soon as you open the package and write to us at the saachee@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. The team shall get back to you with a solution. Any communication after 24 hours shall not qualify for a return.
